Job Description

  • Setting researching plan, development exploitation of new products and new technologies
  • Propose and implement product research and development projects that match business objectives, including: products, packaging, technology and processes
  • Organize, receive, collect and process product information and pricing both inside and outside of company
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize the current production process
  • Decide and take responsibility for all activities of the team; Build a team plan in each stage
  • Documentation of all stages of research and development
  • Check the process of controlling, setting standards, processes and implementing product quality control so that product research and implementation can be effective
  • Drafting, checking, and updating quality standards, product norms, production processes, standard samples  for products
  • Building the structure of the R&D department and training the staff
  • Keeping confidential information about new products, innovative products, technology and other information of the company
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’/Master’s  degree in Food Chemistry or related majors
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in the dry food processing industry (nuts preferred)
  • Experience in  R&D processes in the dry food processing sector
  • Extensive knowledge of  the application of techniques and food production processes
  • Have creative capacity, leadership skills, and good presentation skills

  • Salary: $4000 – $6000, depends on candidates experiences and qualification;
